Order Cancellation

1) Subscription Based Orders

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and delivery frequency you choose.

  • Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.

  • You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. To manage your subscription, use the link provided in your order confirmation email.

2) Changed Your Mind? Cancel Within 3 Hours

  • If you need to cancel due to a change of mind, you may do so within 3 hours of placing the order.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at orders@tokii.com within this time frame.

  • Cancellation requests received after 3 hours may not be eligible once the order has been processed.
