Return & Refund Policy

At Tokii, every product is carefully inspected and hygienically sealed before dispatch. Since oral-care products are personal hygiene items, we follow a limited return policy to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

Due to hygiene centerd reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used. However, we do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received a wrong item

  • Your order has missing parts

To Be Eligible Follow The Given Steps:

Step 1

Please share a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment from the package is received/opened.
Email the Unboxing Video

Step 2

The video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID.
Return the package with all it's component

Step 3

The product, packaging, and issue should be clearly visible in the video.

🚫Non-Eligible Cases

  • No unboxing video is shared.

  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Damage is due to incorrect usage or mishandling.

↔️Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the issue.
